About
I work at the intersection of product configuration, integrations, and delivery management - translating business requirements into systems that teams can actually run and evolve.
Recent work has focused on:
- Designing and delivering PLM configurations for apparel & retail.
- Building internal tools to simplify complex implementation work.
- Developing automation and data pipelines in Python and TypeScript.
Work & Projects
A few areas I've been spending time on:
- Client Services tooling. Internal Django + Python utilities to centralize configuration logic, reporting, and repeatable implementation workflows.
- PLM automation & integrations. Scripts and services that connect PLM to ERPs, reporting tools, and downstream systems in a traceable way.
- Homelab & experimentation. Self-hosted stacks (Docker, Portainer, RAG experiments) to prototype ideas before they become client-facing solutions.
If you're interested in collaboration, speaking, or comparing notes on implementation strategy, feel free to reach out.
Writing & Notes
I occasionally write about:
- Making complex implementations less scary for non-engineers.
- Bridging the gap between "consulting slides" and working code.
- Lessons from homelab experiments that inform production systems.
Links will go here once I publish posts or public talks.
Contact
The best way to reach me is via email. I'm open to conversations about:
- Technical delivery & implementation strategy.
- PLM, integrations, and automation.
- Homelab setups and developer tooling.
